In an effort to further protect our employees and clients, we have taken the following steps:
We have advised our employees to follow the public health guidelines regarding hygiene and personal travel, and we have updated existing RX TEAM policies that encourage employees who are exhibiting flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional. We are also limiting business travel and encouraging our employees to leverage technology in order to conduct business meetings online whenever possible.
In order to help our clients and their patients, we have launched a campaign to further prevent the spread of Coronavirus by offering a questionnaire that can be digitally sent to patients before they visit the practice. The practice would then be alerted if the patient is identified as a risk.
